Conditions for placement on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ of trademarks of trade establishments for the purpose of redirecting consumers of TM Jacobs products:
In order to facilitate the purchase by consumers of the products of the trademarks of Jacobs Dow Egberts Ukraine LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer"), the Manufacturer provides a technical opportunity for consumers directly on the Manufacturer's website to go to the website of the trading company on which the Manufacturer's products are sold. Given the limitations of the site, the Manufacturer can place no more than five links to online stores of trade enterprises at the same time.
The consumer directly chooses an online store to place an online order for the Manufacturer's products. The manufacturer is not responsible for the actions or inactions of the online store of the trading company in the process of ordering, paying for products by the consumer or delivering products to the consumer.
Decisions regarding the selection of a trading company for the created technical possibility of a link from the Manufacturer's website are made by the Manufacturer once a year, taking into account the following criteria and rules, in the order indicated below:
1. the trading company has an official website or conducts retail trade on an official Ukrainian domain (for example https://zakaz.ua);
2. giving written consent to the placement of the official logo (trademark) of the trade enterprise on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ for at least one calendar year;
3. consent to provide the Manufacturer with information on the number of sales from the network site made by the consumer after switching from the site https://www.jacobs.ua/ using the "buy" button and cookies;
4. the logo (trademark) of a trade enterprise with which the Manufacturer does not have direct supply contracts may be placed on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ provided the Manufacturer checks the originality of the products sold by such trade enterprise. For this purpose, the Manufacturer's representatives are granted the right to visit the storage locations of the Manufacturer's brand products in the order agreed between the parties;
5. the presence of more than five brick-and-mortar stores located in the territory of Ukraine within the framework of one network at the trade enterprise;
6. the trade enterprise has an annual turnover of Internet sales of products of the Manufacturer's trademarks of at least 7t per year.
Rules for connecting network trade enterprises to the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ :
- the logos (trademarks) of the first five trade enterprises that meet the above criteria and have provided consent/the above information starting from August 20, 2023 are posted on the Manufacturer's website https://www.jacobs.ua/ . Appeals of trade enterprises are carried out in accordance with the application according to the sample (see page 3):
- the trading company learns about the selection for placement on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/by visiting the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ . The manufacturer does not provide any additional information to the selected trade enterprises. Placing the logo (trademark) of the trading company on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ does not imply any reward/compensation to the trading company from the Manufacturer and vice versa;
- review of the decision on placing logos of trade enterprises on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ is carried out by the Manufacturer once a year;
- the reason for removing the logo (trademark) of the network from the list posted on the Manufacturer's website may be:
- non-compliance with one of the selection criteria;
- closure of the network and/or its online store and website;
- violation by the trade enterprise of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine regarding Internet trade, which became known to the Manufacturer;
- the decision of the trade enterprise to withdraw the permission to place the logo (trademark) on the Manufacturer's website, sent in an arbitrary form to the Manufacturer's hotline.

For our part, with this letter we confirm our consent and grant the right to use the logo (trademark) of our company (attached) on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ and consent to the articles of the rules of Jacobs Dow Egberts Ukraine LLC regarding placement logos (trademarks) of retail chains on the website https://www.jacobs.ua/ .
